Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your GameSir product in its original retail box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a trackable carrier to our designated inspection facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
